I really want to get into graphic making cause im bored all day. Is there anyone who can give me some links to where i could learn to make graphics wiht adobe photoshop elements 5.0
This is my own tutorial, so you won't find it anywhere...well, more then likely not.
I use PS Elements 4.0, so I know what it's like working with a bit more low quality PS...but never fear, but cause it's still awesome if you know how to use it.

Okay class, today we will be learning how to make a simple wallpaper with a look that feels as if hours of work were put into it.
Multi-layered? No. One to two layers is all you need. Like I said, looks complex, right?
To start, open a new blank file and size it (for starters) 800x600...the usual wallpaper size. Make sure that the background is colored white, the more you play with it, the less important the color white becomes, so this is just for beginners.
From your white document, click on the gradient tool
now, select the 'Angel Gradient' setting
Set the opacity of the gradient to around 35%, play around with it a bit to see what blends you like.
Make a new layer, and start to drag the cursor from one end, to the other. Make the image CrAzY with lines in every direction: it'll usually give you the best results.
Now, go to 'Filters' > 'Distort' > 'Shear'. This effect will make the image curve. Play with it until you like the curve of the lines; set it to your own liking.
TaDa! This can also be used as a texture when you're making graphics like sigs and icons.
